The Mom Rule

You’re undoubtedly going to run into a customer that might frustrate you for asking you a question that might make you want to face palm, or maybe they call your Support Desk because they can’t load your site only to realize that they don’t have internet access. I find when something like this happens there’s always a much greater issue happening and it can seem to be painful to handle the softball issues.

When this happens I always imagine that it’s my mom reaching out, and even if I want to not take time to write the response that I should that it’s always worth it to fully answer / help the customer no matter how silly their issue is.
