The authors cover seven principles to deliver the best service, while reducing customer contacts. From eliminating dumb or repeat contacts issues, to crafting a knowledge base that reduces support.

This is one I plan to read every couple of years – As my experiences change, what I’ll take away from this book will be different.

Broad Band: The Untold Story of the Women Who Made the Internet

Before we had computers that we think of today, there were human computers. Often they were women, paid poorly, and never had their story told. Broad Band tells the story of many of these women.
